Rustic Courtyard

Nestled in the vibrant Brentwood neighborhood, this project transforms a compact lot into a stylish and functional outdoor retreat. Designed with attention to every detail, the space maximizes usability while seamlessly addressing site-specific challenges.

The existing patio was reimagined with new tile, and a custom deck wraps around the galvanized Cowboy Pool, featuring an access panel cleverly integrated above the pool equipment. A gravel patio extends the sitting area, creating a versatile and inviting space for relaxation and entertaining.

To manage the site’s gradual slope, hidden drain inlets and pipes were installed beneath the deck, directing water discreetly to the front yard. Perimeter plantings provide privacy by screening neighboring properties, adding a lush and intimate atmosphere.
